Small Project – Project Management Placement
Your role will be to help manage, implement, and control the youth engagement projects accordingly from the specified point of handover to final delivery and installation. This will include overseeing budgets, setting up and adhering to a project program, ensuring all key dates and deadlines are met, assisting with new business applications, preparing and reviewing proposal packages, and completing documentation. You will be learning from experienced members of the business.
You will meet with and be the interface between stakeholders, youth, member agencies, consultants, and the team. You will also address member concerns and relay member information so that the project reflects the original intent and you will manage client expectations.

You should ideally have a business or project management related degree; other degree types may be considered if you can demonstrate some knowledge of or experience in managing some kind of experience managing projects.
A well-organised and experienced multi-tasker, you will be able to prioritize your workload, manage time well and meet deadlines. Good Excel and numerical skills are required.
You may occasionally be required to work out of hours, or travel away from the office. Therefore own transport would be ideal. Work-related travel expenses will be covered. The office is conveniently located in downtown Toronto close to Kensington Market, Chinatown, and Little Italy.
