What is 
?
Hire Prospects© is a service that generates responses from youth to your online surveys. Hire Prospects© engages a range of hard-to-reach and mainstream young people.
We help employer associations, government agencies, non-profits, and research organizations understand and engage youth from all kinds of backgrounds. While we work through online surveys, we also work “on the ground” seeing over 100,000 young people in our computer labs every year.
Hire Prospects© can be used for any social research need, in addition to employment or career related information. You bring your research questions and Hire Prospects© finds the young people to answer them.
What makes different?
Mainstream and Hard-to-Reach Youth
It’s hard enough to reach out to mainstream youth. But our outreach partners see over 100,000 young people every year, 25% of whom are considered “at-risk” youth. So mainstream or not, we can find who you are looking for.
Multiple Communities
To get the big picture, you need to hear from youth in different locations. Hire Prospects© outreach partners can provide you with many different vantage points. We can also help find the one community you might be interested in.
Support for Respondents
Some respondents need staff support to fill in surveys properly. Some surveys require support materials such as promotional materials or web sites for the respondent to review. When needed, Hire Prospects©staff can help each respondent understand and complete their online surveys accurately.
What does 
cost?
The costs vary with the complexity of your research project as well as the number of young people you want to reach.
Hire Prospects© fees are split into a flat “Set-up Fee” and a variable “Outreach Fee.”
“Set-up fees” cover the pre-survey assessment, technical support, outreach partner training, the first 25 responses, and any troubleshooting. “Outreach Fees” cover the costs of reaching, assessing, supporting and tracking each survey respondent.
This means your Hire Prospects© costs scale up, or down, depending on your needs.
