Cross Canada Dialogues

The Cross Canada Dialogues project is bringing together youth employment counselling organizations and professionals across Canada to share their knowledge of how youth are affected by the challenging economy and to best address these challenges.  The project is uncovering innovations and best practices from across the country for sharing and adaptation.

Youth looking for work have been consulted on how their career planning is impacted by the economy, their support needs, and their job search challenges.

Through focus groups, surveys, online discussions and conference workshops, the project has created a national network.
