Through supporting the work of local youth employment centres across Ontario, First Work aims to help young people find and maintain meaningful employment that will help improve the quality of their lives.

Since 1988, our network of over 70 youth employment agencies have been committed to delivering accessible, high quality, outcomes-based employment services to young people to assist them in reaching their employment and life goals. First Work adds value to our member’s work in the following ways:
