Opportunities for Discounts and Revenue Sharing

First Work has shared thousands of dollars with its members and has secured hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of grant projects in partnership with its members in just the past two years. These opportunities include:
  • The Green Skills Network negotiated Skills Link and Youth Awareness grants in partnership with 12 agencies across Ontario, sharing over $1.2 million with participating agencies.
  • Evidence, our research department, has proposed and secured $150,000 in revenue in direct partnership with member agencies in the past two years alone.
  • Hire Prospects, First Work’s online youth outreach service. In the past two years, Hire Prospects has shared over $20,000 with participating agencies.

Through our initatives we offer several ways to earn and save on services. For example, membership is regained by sending five people to Futures and getting just 50 youth to respond to an online survey.We get questions about membership all the time, so we’ve made becoming a member easy.
