How Hire Prospects Works
The Youth Survey Outreach Service
What does a Hire Prospects project look like?
Experienced Hire Prospects© staff will first discuss the nature of your survey needs, then provide a plan to fulfill them, including a complete quote on your project.
Once an agreement is signed, Hire Prospects© will translate your questions into an online survey and mobilize our outreach partners in the selected communities. The survey will be opened, and the first 25 responses will be provided for your review immediately. When the final target number of responses is reached, the survey will be closed and the data delivered to you.
What guarantees does Hire Prospects provide?
When you present us with your survey, Hire Prospects© conducts an assessment to ensure clarity of the questions. We then provide suggestions to improve response rates and accuracy.
We also provide the first 25 responses free. This gives you the opportunity to “tweak” your survey, if necessary, to generate the most helpful responses.
Hire Prospects© checks in with you throughout the process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Can Hire Prospects provide more than outreach?
You may want “full service” research support, including questionnaire design, focus group testing, data analysis, or other research services.
On your request, Hire Prospects© partners with EVIDENCE, an evaluation and consulting service, to provide this research expertise. EVIDENCE delivers services to social service agencies across Canada.
